GENERAL BODY MEETING
As required in the Temple Constitution, the General Body Meeting of the D/FW Hindu Temple Society is scheduled for Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. in the Youth Center. All Founder, Life and Regular Members of the Society are requested to attend this meeting. Attendance at the GB Meeting is strictly for the Members
Agenda for GB Meeting:
1. Prayer and approval of the minutes for Annual General Body Meeting held on December, 10 2023
2. Welcome and Report by President
3. FY 2023 Financial Report prepared and reviewed by CPA firm as per requirement of the Temple Constitution
4. Approval of the Current CPA firm : Bryan and Gupta as a Reviewer for FY 2024
5. Vote of Thanks by Chairman of the BOT
6. Meeting adjournment and closing prayer
